PMC Rewards Online is our benefits web site and enrollment system. It is your one-stop source to learn about, enroll in, or make changes to your PMC Benefit Rewards for 2012, including PMC medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability and flexible spending account options.
If You are a New Hire
You have 31 calendar days from your first day of work to complete the enrollment process.
You are eligible to participate in the PMC health and welfare benefits program if you are a regular, full-time employee who is scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week.
Your coverage will become effective on the first of the month following a full month of service. For example, if your first day of work is March 15, your coverage will take effect on May 1.
NOTE: If you are hired after the beginning of Open Enrollment, you will need to make an election for both the remainder of 2011 and for 2012. After you make your 2011 elections, you will be offered the option to have your 2011 elections apply to 2012. If you accept, the system will prompt you to take action on those benefits that won't transfer to 2012, such as FSAs (which require a new election each year). If you do not accept the option, you will need to enroll for 2012 benefits, or else you will not have coverage for 2012, except for Company-paid short-term and long-term disability and basic life insurance.
If You Have a Life Status Change
You may make changes to your benefit elections during the year if you experience a qualified change in status, such as marriage, divorce, or birth of a child.
You have 31 days from your date of hire or qualified change in status to make benefit elections and submit appropriate documentation to the benefits department. Coverage changes will be retroactive to the date of the event.
Click “Using My Benefits” at the top, then select “Benefit Event” for more information.
We think you’ll find the site easy to use and available 24/7. However, if you have any questions or problems, call the PMC Benefits Line at 1-866-577-3784. Press "5" then “2” to speak to a Benefits Representative.
