EID:  Enter your 7 digit Employee ID found on your badge.(include leading zeros if less than 7 digits)

 

Example:  If your ID is 45, enter your EID as 0000045.

  

Password:  Enter your Password using the first two letters of your last name (lower case) plus your date of birth (MMDDYY).

 

Example:  If your name is John Smith and your birth date is 01/01/1970, enter your password as sm010170.
