New Hire Enrollment

You are eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.  You will need to enroll in your benefits prior to your benefits effective date by logging in to this site.

EID:  Enter your EID using the last four digits of your Social Security number plus the month (MM) and day (DD) of your date of birth.


Example:  if your SSN is 123-45-6789, and your date of birth is 01/01/1970, enter your EID as 67890101.


Password:  Enter your Password using the first two letters of your last name (lower case) plus your date of birth (MMDDYY).


Example:  If your name is John Smith and your birth date is 01/01/1970, enter your password as sm010170.
